true community event, collecting money all year for the annual bonfire
on the beach with a massive fireworks display, all done by unpaid
volunteers. Fireworks and a procession require a huge coordinated effort
with risk assessments and safety at the fore, negotiations with the
Police etc. The group is willing to share their experience on methods successfully used including:
