Local Hastings College of Arts and Technology (HCAT)
Hastings College offers full-time A-Level, Vocational, GSE, Higher Education and Part-time and Short courses on a wide range of subjects. The College's Main Campus is in St. Leonards with various centres in Hastings and other parts of St. Leonards. There are also College Centres in Bexhill and Rye.

A variety of Accountancy and Business courses are given in which the following tools are covered:
  • Budgets
  • Business Plans
  • Chairing Meetings
  • Contracts
  • Management Committees
  • Monitoring and Evaluation.     

Free current catalogues of part- and full-time courses. Many publications on business, finance and management are available in the College Library that are available for registered full-time and part-time students and for registered external borrowers. The collection of 25,000 books provides materials for all College courses; the Library also has about 2,000 video and 200 audio tapes and it carries 200 periodicals and newspapers. Computers, photocopying and laser printing facilities are also available.

Terms & Conditions Library Opening times: For external borrowers the library is open Term times: Monday through Thursday: 9.00-19.00, Friday 9.00-17.00 Vacations 9.30-12.30 and 14.00-17.00.
The College is able to remit 100% of the fees for certain courses for those in receipt of means tested benefits, receiving Jobseekers Allowance or are an unwaged dependent on a person receiving one of the above. Reduced fees are available to local residents under 18, on some courses for those over 19, those over 60 and those on low incomes. Instalment payments are available for some courses.
