Provide information and training on systems required by funder:

Funders to develop 'uniformed systems'.

Work out simple, easy monitoring systems.

Monitoring & feedback beneficiaries - aftercare: log what happens to them - trading system.

Partnership with local agencies - systems (database) and referral agencies.

Sharing information with agencies.

SRB - provide organisational support

Funding bodies offer some sort of training in management systems - databases, excel/spreadsheets

Provide aftercare to profile every year or equivalent

Programme originator (?LDA?) needs to recognise projects need to be able to count people outputs more than once

Write a simple financial package to report and record accounts

Training needs analysis review of each person

Long-term measurable outcomes - not short term & box them out
